Below, you can see how the days in Istanbul typically unfold, from arrival to departure.

The itinerary is broken down day by day, making it easy to get an overview of what happens during your stay and what to expect at the various stages of the treatment.

When you land in Istanbul, our transport service will be ready to meet you at the airport. You will be driven directly to the hotel—located close to the clinic—so you do not have to arrange your own transport or take a taxi. The driver has been informed of your arrival, and we track your flight throughout the journey.

You can arrive at either Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW). Our transport service covers both airports; below, you will find instructions on how to locate your driver upon arrival. These details have been sent to you in advance so you can easily find the designated meeting point.

If you land at Istanbul Airport (IST)

1. Follow the signs for International Arrivals.
2. Head towards Exit Gate 13.
3. Outside the arrivals area, you will find the PRIME Welcome Service at Exit 13 (see video).
4. Provide your first and last name to the staff member.
5. You will then be directed to your private driver, who will take you to the hotel.

If you land at Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW)

1. Proceed through passport control and baggage claim as usual.
2. Exit the airport building and go to the area in front of the terminal.
3. Locate pillar 5 outside the terminal (see attached image).
4. You will find the TURSAB Meeting Point opposite pillar 5.
5. Go to the counter and provide your first and last name.
6. The staff will then assist you in connecting with your driver, who will take you to the hotel.

If your flight is delayed

If your flight is delayed, you generally do not need to do anything. We track your flight and notify the transport service of any changes to the arrival time so that the driver is ready when you land.

There may be a brief wait upon arrival, as the driver cannot park right next to the terminal. If, contrary to expectations, you have not been met by the transport service within 15 minutes of arriving at the designated meeting point, please contact us at (+45) 9360 6936. We will assist you immediately.

During your stay, you will be accommodated at a hotel close to the clinic, allowing for easy and convenient travel to and from your appointments. Your package includes the hotel stay with breakfast, and all transfers between the hotel, clinic, and airport are pre-arranged.

Upon arrival at the hotel, you can spend the rest of the day relaxing and preparing for your treatment. There are restaurants, cafés, and shops in the area, and the hotel staff are happy to assist you with any questions during your stay.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included throughout your stay. On the day of the procedure, we recommend that you eat breakfast before being picked up for the clinic, as the treatment may take up most of the day.

Note: If you have opted for sedation, you must arrive fasting. Sedation must be performed on an empty stomach; therefore, you must not eat breakfast before the treatment.

The clinic is located just about 300 meters from the hotel, so many clients choose to walk to and from their appointments. The walk takes only a few minutes and follows an easy, straightforward route.

If you prefer not to walk, the hotel offers complimentary transport to the clinic on the day of your surgery. Simply contact the reception desk, and they will help arrange the transport.

Complimentary transport service
The hotel offers free transport to Fulya Terrace—where the clinic is located—as well as to selected destinations in Istanbul, including Cevahir Shopping Center, Beşiktaş, and Nişantaşı.

The transport service is available daily between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please contact the reception desk for further information or assistance with booking a ride.

On the day of the procedure, please arrive at the clinic at 08:30. You will be welcomed by the staff, and the day's schedule will be reviewed with you. You will have the opportunity to ask any final questions before the treatment begins.

The treatment itself takes up most of the day, and you will typically finish between 17:00 and 19:00. Breaks are scheduled throughout the day, and lunch at the clinic is included. Once the treatment is complete, you will receive initial post-procedure instructions before returning to your hotel to rest.

• Have breakfast at the hotel before the treatment, unless you have opted for sedation.
• Arrive at the clinic's waiting area at 08:30.
• Feel free to bring in-ear headphones if you wish to listen to music or podcasts during the treatment.
• Breaks are scheduled throughout the day, and lunch at the clinic is included.
• We recommend wearing a shirt or top with buttons or a zipper so that it can be easily removed.
• The treatment typically concludes between 16:00 and 17:00. Afterward, you will return to the hotel, where you can relax for the rest of the day.

The day after the surgery, you will come in for a check-up before heading home.

If you have a Pegasus flight departing from Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) around 12:30 PM, you must arrive at the clinic for your final check-up at 8:30 AM. The check-up is typically completed by around 9:00 AM.

If you are traveling home at a different time, the appointment for the check-up will be arranged with the clinic after your treatment.

Remember to check out of the hotel before the check-up, as you will be driven directly to the airport afterwards.

The drive to the airport typically takes 45–60 minutes, depending on traffic.
