2. About Håreksperten

Håreksperten acts as a Danish advisor, coordinator, and point of contact in connection with hair transplants and related treatments at partner clinics in Istanbul.Håreksperten assists with, among other things:
    • Initial assessment
    • Planning the treatment journey
    • Coordination of treatment
    • Hotel and transportation
    • Communication with the clinic
    • Follow-up after treatment
The medical treatment is performed by the treating clinic and the responsible healthcare professionals.

3. Booking and Planning

All treatment dates must be approved by Håreksperten before purchasing flight tickets.The client is responsible for ensuring:
    • A valid passport
    • Correct personal information
    • Any applicable visa requirements
    • Travel insurance
    • Mobile connectivity during the trip
After booking, the client will receive information about the treatment, transportation, accommodation, and other practical matters.

4. Package Contents

The agreed package may include, among other things:
    • Hair analysis and pre-consultation
    • Hair transplantation
    • PRP treatment during the procedure
    • Hotel accommodation with breakfast
    • Transportation between the airport, hotel, and clinic
    • Medication and shampoo
    • Hair care plan during the growth period
    • Follow-up after treatment
    • Danish-speaking contact person throughout the entire process
The exact contents are specified in the individual agreement.Flight tickets, travel insurance, dinner, and personal expenses are not included unless otherwise stated in the specific agreement.

5. Payment

The price of the treatment is provided individually and depends on the selected solution.Payment for the treatment itself is made in accordance with the applicable payment terms provided at the time of booking.Additional services may include, among other things:
    • DHI method
    • Sedation
    • Exosome treatment
    • PRP treatments after the procedure
    • Additional hotel nights
    • Companions
    • Other optional services
Prices may change without notice until the booking is finalized.

6. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellations must be made in writing.For cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled procedure date, the clinic or partner providers may charge a fee to cover planning costs already incurred.Any costs related to changes to flight tickets, hotel reservations, or other travel-related services are the responsibility of the client.Håreksperten does not reimburse the cost of flight tickets or other travel expenses.

7. Client’s Duty to Provide Information

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete health information.This includes, among other things:
    • Previous illnesses
    • Chronic conditions
    • Use of medication
    • Allergies
    • Previous hair transplants
    • Other cosmetic treatments
    • Other relevant health conditions
Missing or incorrect information may result in the treatment being unable to proceed or may affect the outcome.

8. Treatment Results

A hair transplant is a cosmetic treatment, and results vary from person to person.The result is influenced by, among other things:
    • Quality of the donor area
    • Hair thickness
    • Hair color
    • Age
    • Extent of hair loss
    • Healing process
    • Lifestyle
    • Aftercare
    • Individual biological factors
Therefore, no guarantee can be given regarding:
    • A specific number of grafts
    • A specific density
    • A specific hairline
    • A specific cosmetic result

9. Number of Grafts

The expected number of grafts is assessed before the procedure based on submitted photos.The final assessment is made by the treating surgeon on the day of the procedure.In order to protect the donor area, it may be necessary to reduce the number of grafts compared with the initial assessment.The surgeon’s professional assessment is always decisive.

10. Hair Loss Is a Lifelong Process

Hair transplantation does not necessarily stop future hair loss.Genetic hair loss may continue after treatment, and some clients may later require:
    • Medical treatment
    • PRP treatment
    • Exosome treatment
    • Additional hair transplants
Therefore, lifelong density or an unchanged result cannot be guaranteed.

11. Risks and Complications

As with all surgical procedures, side effects and complications may occur.These may include, among other things:
    • Redness
    • Swelling
    • Scabbing
    • Temporary numbness
    • Shock loss
    • Folliculitis
    • Infection
    • Bleeding
    • Temporary hair thinning
    • Delayed hair growth
The client accepts these known risks when booking the treatment.

12. Aftercare

The client is required to follow all instructions regarding:
    • Washing
    • Medication
    • Sleep
    • Sun exposure
    • Alcohol
    • Smoking
    • Exercise
    • Headwear
    • Follow-up
Failure to follow the instructions may negatively affect the result.

13. Follow-Up

Håreksperten provides ongoing guidance and follow-up after treatment.The client may be asked to submit photos of hair growth for assessment.A follow-up period of up to 12 months may be included depending on the selected package.

14. Limitation of Liability

Håreksperten does not perform the medical treatment.The treating clinic and the responsible healthcare professionals bear full responsibility for:
    • Medical assessments
    • Surgical methods
    • Treatment plan
    • Performance of the surgical procedure
    • Complications
    • Treatment results
Håreksperten therefore cannot be held liable for:
    • Medical complications
    • Lack of hair growth
    • Unsatisfactory results
    • The need for additional treatment
    • Decisions made by the clinic
    • Changes to the clinic’s procedures

15. Marketing and Images

Before-and-after photos, videos, reviews, and client stories on the website are examples of results achieved by previous clients.Individual results vary, and previous results are not a guarantee of future results.

16. Personal Data

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute between the client and Håreksperten shall be governed by Danish law.Disputes shall always be sought to be resolved amicably before legal proceedings are initiated.Any legal proceedings must be brought before the court having jurisdiction over Håreksperten’s registered place of business.
