When people ask me what H\u00e5reksperten actually does, I often say that we build a bridge between two countries, two cultures and two different ways of thinking.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

A hair transplant is about much more than finding a clinic and booking a flight.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

It is about trust.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

My name is Zari Y\u00fccel, and I have lived and worked in Istanbul for more than 15 years. Today, I feel just as much at home in Istanbul as I do in Denmark. I live close to the clinic, know the area, know the specialists and, over the years, have built a close working relationship with the people who perform the treatments.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

At the same time, I still carry Danish values with me. I also live in Denmark for part of the year, and this combination is one of the things that makes my role unique.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I understand both cultures<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

One of the most important things I have learned over the years is that the biggest challenges are rarely about the treatment itself.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

They are about communication.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

When two cultures meet, misunderstandings can easily arise. Not because anyone is doing anything wrong, but because we have different expectations when it comes to service, information, planning and quality.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is where I make the biggest difference.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I know how Danish clients think. I know which questions they ask, what they worry about, and what they expect from the entire process.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

At the same time, I understand Turkish culture, how the clinics operate, and the way things are done.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This means that I can translate much more than language. I also translate expectations.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

A natural hairline does not mean the same thing everywhere<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Something as simple as a hairline is a good example.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

What is considered an attractive hairline in one country is not necessarily the same as what Danish men want.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Danish clients generally want a natural result that suits the face and age and continues to look harmonious even 10 or 20 years later.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

That is why, over the years, I have spent a great deal of time helping the clinic’s team understand how Danish clients think and what matters to them.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

It is not about getting as much hair as possible.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

It is about creating the right result.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

People do not choose based on price alone<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Many people believe that patients travel abroad for a hair transplant because it is cheaper.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

My experience is very different.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Of course, the price should be fair, but it is rarely the most important reason why clients choose us.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

They choose us because they want peace of mind.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

They want one person they can call.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

One person who knows them.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

One person who is still there for them after they return home.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Trust matters far more than the lowest price.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I never pressure anyone<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

One of the most important things for me is that the decision always belongs to the client.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I have never wanted to persuade anyone.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Quite the opposite.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The best phone call I can receive is when a client calls me and says:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u201cYes Zari \u2013 I\u2019m ready. Let\u2019s do it.\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Then I know that the decision has been made for the right reasons.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The best of both worlds<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Every day, I see the value of being able to combine the best of Denmark and Turkey.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Danish people appreciate structure, planning and clear communication.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Turkish people are often incredibly service-minded and flexible.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

If a procedure takes two or three hours longer than planned, the team stays until the work has been completed properly. No one watches the clock or sends additional bills simply because the procedure took longer than expected.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This approach to service is something I greatly appreciate, and it also benefits our clients.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

That is why H\u00e5reksperten is part of the entire journey<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

For me, the work does not end when the procedure is over.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

We support our clients before, during and after the treatment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

We help with questions, provide guidance and act as the link between the client and the clinic throughout the entire process.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Even though there are many kilometres between Denmark and Istanbul, our clients should never feel that they are on their own.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

That is exactly why H\u00e5reksperten exists.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Not to sell hair transplants.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

But to create peace of mind, build a bridge between two cultures and ensure that every client receives the experience they expect \u2013 from the first conversation until the final result becomes clear.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

More than a hair transplant<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

When I look back on the many years I have worked with hair transplants, it is not the number of clients that I remember most. It is the people I have had the pleasure of helping and the trust they have placed in me throughout the process.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

That is also why H\u00e5reksperten was created with a different approach. We do not simply want to be the people who help you book a hair transplant. We want to be the advisor you can trust \u2013 before, during and long after the treatment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

For me, success is not simply completing a procedure. Success is when, one year later, a client looks at the result in the mirror and thinks: \u201cThat was absolutely the right decision.\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

If we can help create that feeling, then we have done our job.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

That is the philosophy I have built H\u00e5reksperten on \u2013 and the philosophy that will continue to be our most important mission, regardless of how many clients we help in the future.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
